Dialogue is much clearer than my television's own speakers, bass is modest, & set-up was a single cable. Remote is a bit flimsy.Fair price.

Bought a 65 watt wall charger for my lapttop and phone together. It runs warm but never hot, and both devices charge at the speeds I'd hoped. Showed up in three days.

Firmware updates have added features over two years rather than quietly removing them. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. The app works offline, which means the desk monitor still does its job when the internet is down. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saved me a trip to a depot. The wireless mouse connected to a nine-year-old laptop with no driver hunt at all . Recommended to two friends already.

The laptop docking station has held its charge at roughly eight hours a day for fourteen months with no measurable drop. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 4. Support diagnosed a fault by asking for a log file rather than telling me to turn it off and on again. Bought one for my sister too.

The desk monitor came with a labelled bag of screws & a hex key that actually fits. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. I ordered the smart plug set for a trip with 8 to spare and it arrived next day without me paying for express.

The screen has no backlight bleed in the corners, which i checked specifically on a black image. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds.

The smart thermostat was straightforward to fit once I read the manual twice. Heating now follows our routine & the energy report is eye-opening. The compatibility checker told me honestly that my boiler needed an extra module , wich saved me a headache.
