United Kingdomraw files in a minute
got a fast card reader for my camera. Importing 400 raw files takes under a minute now. Metal body feels premium :(

SwitzerlandExactly, as described
I ordered the laptop docking station for a trip with 10 to spare and it arrived next day without me paying for express. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. Exactly as described.

Battery life is better than claimed, which I have never once been able to say about a gadget. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay. I bought a second the desk monitor for the office because the first one simply never gives me a problem.

United Kingdombit slow to ship
The tablet is fine, screen bright, speakers surprisingly full. Dispatch took a few days longer thaaaan the estimate, though they kept me updated by email so no real harm done.

United Statesvery good, one flaw
I use the portable speaker mainly on the balcony. Battery life is more than the listing suggested, around fourteen hours at medium volume, and the waterproofing survived a sudden rain shower. The strap loop is a bit narrow for my bike handlebars so I had to improvise. Aside from that, no complaints, and delivery took only three days.

The external hard drive has survived two toddlers, a cat and a cup of tea. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose.
