United Kingdomthe screen has no backlight bleed in the corners, which I checked specifically on a black image. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. Nothing but good things to say.
United Kingdombasic wired keyboard & mouse combo for the office. Nothing fancy, everything works, and the keys are quieter than the ones they replaced. Packaging was an bit excessive but recyclable.
CanadaMy teenager's gaming headset arrived and he's wearing it constantly, which is a verdict of sorts. The sound is full, the microphone boom bends where you want it, and the wired connection means no lag. The headband padding is thinner than theee pictures suggested and he says it gets sore after a marathon session, so I might add a cover. Shipping was prompt and the courier left it in a safe place as I asekd in the notes. Good purchase overall and it replaced a set that died after eight months, so I'm optimistic about durability.
United StatesTravel adapter with four USB ports works well. It's a touch bulky in a sockets row, so I need a short extension, but the charging speeds are good.
NorwayThe robot vacuum connected to a nine-year-old laptop with no driver hunt at all. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold.
United StatesI nearly returned the desk lamp becuase the base is lihgter than I imagined and the arm moves a bit when I bump the desk. After a week of adjusting the clamp I found it stable enough, and the light itself is womderfully even for drawing. Good value overall, I'd just suggest heavier packaging foam.
United KingdomDoes what I need, box was dented.
Belgiumsupport diagnosed a fault by asking for a log file rather than telling me to turn it off and on again. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. would buy again tomorrow.
Australiathe e-reader arrived with firmwrae already up to date, which saved the usual hour of fighting an app. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking. The robot vacuum has survived two toddlers, a cat and a cup of tea. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 3.
