Fair pricing although the annual uplift was applied without an email in advance. The analytics integration works well for our main market & the data for our smaller markets is noticeably thinner. No regrets just notes.

They ran a training session for our content team and sent the recording and a written summary afterwards. The link building programme integrates with our warehouse so the numbers in the board pack match the numbers in the tool. Reporting arrives on the second working day of the month every month without a reminder. They refused an upsell twice because our volumes did not justify it. Genuinely a partner. Long may it continue.

The API is documented with working examples and the rate limits are published rather than discovered. Support answers in under an hour during business hours, and the person who answers has access to our account history. They have added features in response to our requests twice, and told us no, with a reason, three times. Our team actually likes using it. No notes.
