Onboarding took eleven days from contract to first report, and they did the data migration themselves. The API caught a competitor's pricing change before our commercial team did. The client portal is genuinely self-serve; my marketing executive set up her own views without a ticket. No notes.

Long may it contihue

They ran a training session for our content team and sent the recording and a written summary afterwards. The link building programme integrates with our warehouse so the numbers in the board pack match the numbers in the tool. Reporting arrives on the second working day of the month every month without a reminder. They refused an upsell twice because our volumes did not justify it. Genuinely a partner. Long may it continue.

The API is documented with working examples and the rate limits are published rather than discovered. Support answers in under an hour during business hours, and the person who answers has access to our account history. They have added features in response to our requests twice, and told us no, with a reason, three times. Our team actually likes using it. No notes.
