United StatesString of lights with a plug and ten metres of cable. They look warm and stayed on in the rain. The bulbs are on the small side, so the effect is softer than the photo. Overall fine, sturdy cable.
Fair point on the sizing. We have added the measured chest and sleeve length to every product page since. The team
CanadaEverything went together without problems except the door, which dropped slightly & cauht on the floor. I added a washer behind the hinge and it hangs well now. Roof, floor and walls are soliid and the wood smells lovely. The shop emaillled me a tip when I wrote in, which was helpful.
SpainEstantería sencilla de montar. Faltaba un tornillo pero me mandaron uno en dos días sin ningun problema. se agradece la rapidez en la respuesta....
IndiaThe wooden planter looks good but arrived untreated, wich the page did say. I gave it two coats of preservative. looks good now. mention the maintenance in advance, in my view.
Hello Vikram, Delighted this has held up. Do get in touch if it ever needs a spare part. Best wishes, Beth
Francebon produit, emballage perfrctible.
Belgiumwooden half barrel with a drainage hole. A bit rough on the inside, which is ok for planting. I lined it with a bin bag with holes. Looks natural on the patio.
Pleased the engraving came out right. We always double-check the punctuation. The team
United StatesThe raised planter is well made and the finish has already weathered to grey in one season which I gather is normal. Support were polite but it took three emails to get a straight answer. The feeder is well designed and the squirrels got into it within a week regardless. I had to chase the dispatch twice before it moved. Good value fiddly build. Good service once I got through but the phone line was engaged for most of an afternoon.
NetherlandsGood seed, slow germination in a cold spring. no dispatch email, so the parcel turning up was a surprise :)
United StatesThe solar path light set arriver on time and the colour is a greener grey than the listing shows - It all worked out, but the stock level on the site said eleven and the item was actually back-ordered. No rgrets, just notes.
Appreciate the note about the price change. We now honour the price you saw for seven days. Rosie, customer care
United KingdomDrip irrigation kit for 20 pots. Pieces snap on without tools and the timer is simple. Two of the emitters clogged during the first week, I rinsed them and it was fine. Plants on the balcony stayed watered while I was away for a week.
