United KingdomThey sent a replacement spring for the secateurs free when I mentioned the original had gone soft. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. No wobble at all. Better than I expected.
United StatesProper tools, not toys.
United KingdomFour years and still sharp. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. The telescopic pruner is wide enough to shade a table of six and the crank has not stiffened . Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. The gardening gllove pair is heavy enough not to blow over empty, which sounds obvious and almost never is.
Thanks for trusting a shop you had not used before. We do not take that lightly.
United StatesMy teenager wanted somewhere to paint, so we bought a small timber summerhouse. The base, windows and door arrived in several packs with a thick instruction book. It took me and my husband two Saturdays, and a lot of cheerful argument. The windows are real glass, the roof felt overlaps well, and she has painted two canvases already. When I rang to ask about oil for the timber, they posted treatment samples for free.
Thanks for ordering again. Repeat customers are the whole business for us. Warmly, Ravi
United KingdomThey include a planting guide for the region rather than a generic one, and the sowing rate was right. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. The gardening glove pair holds twenty metres of hose without kinking at the reel, which is the usual failure.
South AfricaCedar box with a hinged lid. Hung it on a tree and a pair of tits moved in within two weeks. The hanging screw was a little shorrt.
AustraliaThe loppers cut a thirty-millimetre branch without me putting my whole weight behind them They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weeekend rather than letting me hope.
Dear Narelle, Thanks for ordering again. Repeat customers are the whole business for us.
United Stateshevy teak, no wobble.
PolandParasol base does not move.
BelgiumI bought a second the pressure sprayer on the strength of the first, and the second is identical in finish. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want. Support answered a question about shelving load ratings with an actual figure in kilograms per shelf.
This is exactly what we hoped you would say about it. Thank you. Warmly, Rob
