They sent a replacement spring for the secateurs free when I mentioned the original had gone soft. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. No wobble at all. Better than I expected.

United KingdomFour years and still shaaarp
Four years and still sharp. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. The telescopic pruner is wide enough to shade a table of six and the crank has not stiffened . Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. The gardening gllove pair is heavy enough not to blow over empty, which sounds obvious and almost never is.

Bird feeder is sturdy, squirrels still win.

Hello Brianna, You are right that the stock number was wrong. The feed from our warehouse now updates every fifteen minutes rather than overnight. - the team

New ZealandGood quality, poor packing for a long-handled item
good quailty poor packing for a long-handled item. The courier left it in the porch in the rain despite my note. The secateurs are sharp & the catch is stiff ebough to be awkward in gloves. Not perfect but good.

Thank you for noting the pilling. We have moved that line to a longer staple yarn. Priya

United Statesa garden room for my daughter
My teenager wanted somewhere to paint, so we bought a small timber summerhouse. The base, windows and door arrived in several packs with a thick instruction book. It took me and my husband two Saturdays, and a lot of cheerful argument. The windows are real glass, the roof felt overlaps well, and she has painted two canvases already. When I rang to ask about oil for the timber, they posted treatment samples for free.

They include a planting guide for the region rather than a generic one, and the sowing rate was right. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. The gardening glove pair holds twenty metres of hose without kinking at the reel, which is the usual failure.

Fair point on the sizing. We have added the measured chest and sleeve length to every product page since. Best wishes, Ollie

Cedar box with a hinged lid. Hung it on a tree and a pair of tits moved in within two weeks. The hanging screw was a little shorrt.
