United StatesThe telescopic pruner came with a sharpening stone and a short sheet on how to use it. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay.
United KingdomThe blades on the secateurs are replaceable and they sell the spare blade and spring as prts. Nothing but good things to say.
South AfricaTwo tiers of railing planters, mounted with included brackets. The soil stays damp longer than I feared. My basil and mint are thriving and the neighbours below have not complained about drips.
This is exactly what we hoped you would say about it. Thank you. Warmly, Amira
ItalyWatering can are the righr size.
Thank you for taking the time to write this, it means a lot to a small team. Callum @ support
United KingdomOrdered a rope swing with a wooden seat and two straps. The straps are thick, the knots are good, and the seat is smooth with no splinterx. My six year old and her friends have worn a track under the tree.
United KingdomWheelbarrow tyre holds air fine.
Thank you for saying so. We will keep doing it this way. Regards, Jess
United StatesThe feeder comes apart entirely for cleaning without tools, wich is the only way it gets cleaned. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. The bench arrived assembled apart from the legs and the pre-drilled holes lined up exactly. Five stars without hesitation.
United Statesthe planter has a proper liner and drainage holes already drilled in sensible places. The returns window is sixty days which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday.
FranceCadeau pour ma mere, et elle est ravie. Le sécateur coupe net et reste léger, mon poignet ne fatigue plus apres une heure de taille. Livré en quatre jours, bien calé dans le carton. j'ai commandé une seconde fois pour offrir.
United StatesMoving into a new house with a bare plot, I ordered turf, a patio set, a shed and a dozen bags of topsoil. They came in sequence at the slots they promised. The turf was fresh, green and rolled tightly, and the driver helped stack the pallets away from the driveway. I laid it that evening with a neighbour's help and watered it until dusk. Three months on it is thick and lush. The rest of the order was just as smooth, nothing damaged or missing.
