Irelandexcellent wind spinner
Metal, colourful, spins even in a gentle breeze, and the pole sits firmly in the ground. My grandkids stare at it from the window.

Indiachunky stepping stones
Six concrete stepping stones with a leaf pattern. Heavy, needed a trolley, but laid in a straight line across the lawn in an hour.

MalaysiaI rang them twice
I had two dumb questions about bulb depth. Both times a friendly person answered and then emailed the same advice in writing. Bulbs came up like a postcard.

Philippinesfirst greenhouse for an eighty year old
At eighty I decided to fulfil a lifelong wish and buy a small greenhouse for tomatoes. My son helped me choose and made the order, but I phoned the shop myself to ask about base size. The gentleman on the phone spoke slowly, explained everything, and promised to send a diagram. It came by post three days later in a clear envelope. The greenhouse was delivered on a pallet and my son and two grandsons built it in a day. I have sown my first seeds and sit in there with a cushion every morning.

Solr lights are still coming on at dusk after two winters, wich i did not expect at the price. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked abouut before ordering.Packaging was card and paper tape only, all of it recyclable, on a large and awkward item. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separatte deliveries over a week.

United StatesI will be back
Four years, and still sharp. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. The compost bin is heavy enough not to blow over empty, which sounds obvious and almost never is. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. The sprayer seal has held pressure for two seasons and the spare washers were in the box. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saved me a trip to a depot. I will be back.
