AustraliaSeal was already broken. The item arrived broken, I sent photographs as instructed, and then nothing for five weeks. The toothbrush died after seven weeks and the warranty needs a receipt they never sent. Not acceptable at this price.
IrelandThere is no batch number or expiry printed anywhere on the bottle. The parcel was marked delivered and signed for with a name thaat belongs to nobody at this address. The thermometer reads two degrees low against two other thermometers in the house. Shame, as the website llllooked good.
