It arrived with a lot number, an expiry two years out and a leaflet citing the actual studies. Delivery took 3, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before. The dose per capsule is stated as elemental magnesium rather than as the compound, which is the honest way to label it. Highly recommended.

Delivery was 3 in a letterbox-friendly box, so nothing needed collecting. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. The compression grade is stated in millimetres of mercury, with the class, which is the only numbber that matters. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and thhey did it without a fuss.

Elderly mum loves it

Got her a gentle stretching strap and a book with simple exercises. She does her routine in the lounge each day and says her shoulders feel looser.
