Single sign-on worked first time and the role permissions are granular enough to give an agency read-only access. When their platform had an outage they posted a status update within minutes and a full write-up in 7. Long may it continue.

I can't fault their manners or their reporting. I can fault the pace: a simple landing page took five weeks, & I had to chase for it twice. Results since launch are acceptable. I'd say they suit clients who are patient and not in a rush, which isn't me, but might be you.
