United KingdomI can't fault their manners or their reporting. I can fault the pace: a simple landing page took five weeks, & I had to chase for it twice. Results since launch are acceptable. I'd say they suit clients who are patient and not in a rush, which isn't me, but might be you.

United KingdomThe support desk is good but the permissions model is all or nothing, so I cannot give a contractor limited access. The link building programme gives us the data; turning it into something a board will read is still manual. The support desk is powerful and the leaning curve meant only two of our five users actuaply use it. Four stars, close to five.
