we cancelled a secound product mid-term and they prorated the refund without an argument. Single sign-on worked first time and the role permissions are granular enough to give an agency read-only access. When their platform had an outage they posted a status update within minutes and a full write-up in 9. Best decision we made this year. Wuold onboard with them again tomorrow.

They have added features in response to our requesgs twice, and told us no, with a reason, three times. The reporting dashboard handles our six markets in one view with language and currency correct in each. Rare to be able to say that about a supplier.
