United StatesGood quality, shipping a bit slow
Jacket quality is better than I expected for the price. Shipping took 9 days to Ohio, longer than the estimate, but tracking was accurate the whole way.

United KingdomNice coat, packaging could be greener
Coat is lovely and warm. Lots of plastic in the parcel though, would prefer paper.

Noted, Priya. We're moving to paper mailers across the UK by spring.

CanadaGood, but duties added at the door
Clothes were great. I paid import fees on delivery that I didn't expect. Check the duties info before ordering to Canada.

BelgiumSolid shop
Good prices on sale items. The website was slow on the first day of the sale, otherwise no complaints.

NorwayPretty happy
Dress is lovely. Only four stars because the belt shown in the photo wasn't included.
