no upsell pressure
The campaign strategy document has never lost data, never surprised us with a price rise, and never needed a workaround. Support answers in under an hour during business hours, and the person who answers has access to our account history. Escalation went to a named engineer rather than a queue, and the fix shipped the same week. They told us honestly that a result would take two quarters, and it took two quarters. Rare to be able to say that about a supplier.

our best supplier this year
The strategy document was specific to us, named our actual competitors,, and did not read like a template. They have added fdatures in response to our requests twice, and told us no, with a reason, three timex. The monthly call is thirty minutes with an agenda sent the day before and actiona circulated after.
