We were charged for overages at a rate that appears nowhere in the contract. They lost a key deliverable and asked us to send them our own copy of it. There is no way to export our own data, which makes leaing them expensive by design. They promised a deliverable monthly and we received three in 9. The client portal broke our tracking for a fortnight and they denied the change until we sent the diff. Due diligence would have saved us this
