United KingdomThermal base layer is warm, wicks sweat well, but the tag and some seams scratch my neck and underarms. I tried washing it several times and it improved slightly. It's okay for outdoor jobs when I'm layered. Not what I'd call comfortable next to the skin all day.
That loose button should not have left us. We have added a final check on fastenings and you should have a spare set in the post. The team
Germanythe tent went up in under four minutes in an crosswid on the first attempt , with the pole order printed on the bag. shall be a regular.
United KingdomThe TREKKING pole set is excelent but the sizing runs small and I needed a half size up from my usual.I had to chase the dispatch twice before it moved. The resistance bands are GOOD quality and the printed resistance numbers rubbed off in a month. The postage cost nearly as much as the item, which I only noticed at the final step.
CanadaTwo days before a surf trip my wetsuit zip broke - I rang the shop in a panic and the person who answered said they'd dispatch a replacement that same day with express delivery. It arrived the next afternoon, one day before the fligjt. The suit are flexible in the arms, warm enough for early spring water and doesn't rub under the arms . I tested it on the beach and it kept me out for nearly two huors. Genuinely grateful, because it rescued the whole holiday for me and my brothers. We've since bought boards from the same place.
Franceresistance bands, all five fine.
Glad our answer was useful. Ask us anything, even the awkward questions. Karl, customer care
United StatesI have had three pairs of the head torch now and the fit has been identical across all three, which matters more than anything else. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before. Nothing squeaks, nothing rubs. Delivery took 12, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before. The hydration pack has handled chlorine three times a week since January with no clouding and no perished seal. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. A keeper.
Thanks very much. We will let the workshop know. - Katie (support)
United StatesGllves are the crrect size.
PhilippinesWe took up orienteering as a family hobby and needed compasses, map cases and sturdy gaiters for four people, ages seven to forty-eight. The compasses are accurate and have a clear ruler edge, the map cases are waterproof and the gaiters stayed up through brambles. The shop packed each item with a label showing who it was for, which kept the kids from squabbling at the door. Delivery took only two days. We've used everything over eight weekends in different weather, and nothing leaks or sticks. The seven-year-old now insists on reading the map.
CanadaI wanted a backpack for day hikes and picked this one for the many pockets. The pockets are great, but the shoudler straps dig in after about an hour and the hip belt is so thin it's more decoration than support. For short walks and school it's fine. For a long day on the trail, I'd look elsewhere. The shop was quick to dispatch and answered my sizing question quickly, so I can't fault their service.
You are right about the instructions. A written version in English now ships in every box. - Katie (support)
