the head torch has a genuine red mode that does not flash white first and ruin your night vision. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. The hydration pack dried overnight in a bothy, which is the only reason I made the second day. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the encloosed invoice without me asking.

Delighted this has held up. Do get in touch if it ever needs a spare part. Beth

trail race redy

I entered my first fifty kilometre trail race and wanted lightweight poles, a headtorch with enough battery for a night section, and a spare set of insoles. I'd compared several shops and picked this one because of detailed specs and honest photos. Poles fold into a tiny bundle and clip smoothly, the torch lasted the full night on medium, and the insoles took pressure off my arches. I finished in the top half, wich is a win for me. Packaging was minimal and all-recyclable. They even emailed to wish me luck before the race.

good tent, tricky peegs

Two-person tent pitched easily, kept out a drizzle, and has two porches. Pegs are on the thin side and bent in hard ground, so I swapped them for stronger ones.

Bof bof

Le tapis sentait fort le plastique et l'odeur n'est pas partie après une semaine. J'ai écrit trois fois au service client, une seule réponse type. Déçu, je ne recommande pas.

I apologise for the silence. We lost a week of tickets during a help desk migration, yours among them. Your refund is paid and we have a daily reconciliation now so nothing can disappear again. — Owen, Support Lead Anna

The adjustable dumbbell pair has done a full season off weekends on hill and towpath witthout a stitch giving way. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. The mat has survived eighteen months of daily use and still has grip when my hands are wet.

club coach restock

I coach a youth football club & orderd cones, bibs, a ball pump, two goalkeeper gloves & a set of agility ladders in one big order.Everything arrvied together, labelled, and the bibs are thicker than the ones we were using. Cones stack neatly and don't crack in the cold. Parents keep asking where the gear is from. When one pump needle was missing, they posted a pair of spares without being asked twice. I will definitely order again at the start of next season.
