I have put the leather ankle boots through a building site for a year and the toe cap is unmarked. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. The stitching at the welt is even all the way round with no skipped stitches. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. The sole is stitched rather than glued and you can see the stitching from the side. A missing item from a large order was shipprd the same afternoon I reported it. Recommended to two friends already.

The heel counter is stiff and properly built, so the shoe holds my foot instead of letting it slide. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope. The leather loafers have not creased at the toe or lost their shape despite bwing worn four days a week. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would.

The suede desert boots arrived in a proper box with shoe trees and a dust bag, which at this price I did not expect. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. They excahnged a half size over the phone and dispatched the replacement before my return arrived . I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once.

The chunky-soled boots are light enough for a long day and substantial enough for rough ground. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. The deck shoes have not creased at the toe or lost their shape despite beint worn four days a week. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. The welt is clean, the heel stack is leather, and the whole thing smells like a shoe should.

The deck shoes kept my feet dry through a day of wet grass with no gaiter. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. I have wide feet and the fact that they sell an actual wide fitting rather than a size up has changed my year. The ballet flats arrived within 3 and both shoes were identical in colour, which is not a given with leather. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. The running trainers have done two winters off a London commute and the soles have barely worn at the heel. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. Exactly as described tbh
