Birkenstock sells walking and everyday shoes.
IndiaThe running trainers arrived within 8 and both shoes were identical in colour, which is not a given with leather. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. The leather ankle boots have not creased at the toe or lost their shape despite being worn four days a week. Exactly as described.
GreeceΠήρα τρία καλώδια φόρτισης και δουλεύουν όλα. Πλεκτά, δεν μπερδεύονται, και η συσκευασία είχε ελάχιστο πλαστικό.
PolandThe chunky-soled boots do not slip on wet tile, which the listing claimed and i tested nervously on a station floor. Nothing rattled in transit becuase everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. The heel counter is stiff and properly built, so the shoe holds my foot instead of letting it slide. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. The walking sandals have been resoled once by a local cobbler who commented on how well they were made. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediatly.
United StatesThe insole comes out, so my orthotic goes in without the shoe becoming too tight. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. The lining is leather rather than a synthetic that makes your feet sweat. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 12.
We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. Nina and the team
United Statesi have put the chunky-soled boots through a building site for a year and the toe cap is unmarked. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold . The leather loafers come with a replaceable footbed and the spares cost very little.
Lovely to read, thank you. See you next time. Thanks again, Tom
CanadaI oredred two sizes, kept one, and the refund for the other was in my account in 9. Customer servcie rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would.
United KingdomThey exchanged a half size over the phone and dispatched the replacement before my return arrived. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 2. The ballet flats come with a replaceable footbed and the spares cost very little.
FranceLaces are long enough to tie properly and they included a soare pair. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. The leather ankle boots arrived in a proper box with shoe trees and a dust bag, which at this price I did not expect. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. The stitching at the welt is even all the way round with no skipped stitches. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up.
Thank you Louis. Glad the sizing worked out first time. That is the part we work hardest on.
United StatesThe court shoes have a proper shank, so the sole does not flex in the middle where it should not. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saved me a trip to a depot. Would buy again tomorrow.
United KingdomThe sizing is honest: I am a forty-two in most things and a forty-two here. They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust.
