GermanyThe suede marks in rain despite the spray they recommend. The refund took 9 to appear, which is longer than the policy says. Good boots, though they run a half size small across the forefoot.
The leather is lovely and scuffs easily at the toe.The postage cost nearly as much as the item, which I only noticed at the final step. happy with them, but delivery took 10 and I had boght theeem for a trip. delivery was quick and the driver did not knock, just left a card. Better than most.
United StatesGoood fiit, loud colour.
United Kingdomhappy w/ them, but delivery took 14 and I had bought them for an trip. Returns are free but only to a drop-off point six miles away . I will probly reorder.
NorwayI have put the ballet flats through a building site for a year & the toe cap is unmarked. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. The court shoes have been resoled once by a local cobbler who commented on how well they were made. Exactly as described.
Thank you for taking the time to write this, it means a lot to a small team. Katie
