United StatesI ordered two sizes, kept one, and the refund for the other was in my account in 14 A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. The work boots have a proper shank, so the sole does not flex in the middle where it should not. They emialed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it.

I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it wihtin the hour.The deck shoes are welted rather than cemented,, so when the sole wears out a cobbler can replace it instead of me binning the whole shoe.

Laces are long enough to tie properly and they included a spare pair. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order AHEAD of a birthday.
