SwitzerlandThe wool slippers have not creased at the toe or lost their shape despite being worn four days a week. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. The deck shoes are welted rather than cemented, so when the sole wears out a cobbler can replace it instead of me binning the whole shoe. Can't fault it.
United StatesThey give the fit in both UK and continental sizes and state which last the shoe is built on. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at theee time they said they would. They exchanged a half size over the phone and dispatched the replacement before my return arrived. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. The lining is leather rather than a synthetic that makes your feet sweat. Nothing but good things to say.
