The head torch has a genuine red mode that does not flash white first and ruin your night vision. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. The down jacket has replaceable parts and the spare I needed was two pounds rather than twenty. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all.

The first pair of running shoes I ordered were half a size too small, my fault for not reading the notes. I emailed the shop, and they sent a pre-paid return label straight away. The larger pair arrived four days later and fit nicely. No complicated forms, nobody made me feel silly. Shoes are cushioned but responsive :(

I commute by bicycle through unlit lanes, so I bought a front light, rear light and a reflective vest here. The front beam is wide and brilliant, the rear has a steady and flashing mode, and both charge by cable in a couple of hours. They clip off easily so nobody can nick them from the rack. Drivers give me a wider berth now, I can tell. Parcel arrived the day after I ordered, in a tidy box with a small spare strap that I did not expect. Highly recommended for anyone cycling after dark.
