United Statesgoggles that don't fog
Swimming goggles that don't fog and don't leave rings on my face. I tried three pairs before these. Strap adjusts easily and the nose piecce comes in diffrent sizes.

Spainmy girl's gymnastics grips
Daughter does gymnastics four times a week & rips through grips. These are the right size, the wrist band is comfortable and the leather has some stretch. Lasted over a month already. The shop sent a small hair tie in the parcel, bfewer them.

United KingdomOrdered on a Wednesday for…
Poles lock under load with a simple lever rather than a twist mechanism that slips. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. Ordered on a Wednesday for a weekend walk and it arrvied in 10 with time to try it on.

Australialet down
Bought a pair of shin guards for my son's football season. After three matches the strap hook-and-loop lost grip, and one guard cracked at the edge. At that price I expected them to last at least a term. The shop replied that it was normal wear and did not offer a replacement. I'm buying another brand now, which stings.

I am sorry. The engraving was spelled wrong because we work from a typed field and nobody proofed it. We are remaking it at no cost and a second person now checks every personalisation. — Nadia, Workshop Thanks again, Karl

United Statescold-water swimming
Neoprene gloves & boots for open-water swimming. I'm in the lake year round and my fingers used to go numb after ten minutes. Now I last forty. Seams are taped and the sizing chart was bang on. Clear instructions for care too.

United Arab EmiratesI have put the yoga mat through a season of…
I have put the yoga mat through a season of club training and the stitching at the stress points has not moved. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. The mat has survived eighteen months of daily use and still has grip when my hands are wet. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. Would buy again tomorrow.

This is on us. The item was packed by a temporary member of staff on their first day without a final check. Your refund was processed this morning and I have rewritten the packing checklist. — Tom, Operations

CzechiaVýměna bez nervů
Objednala jsem moc malé kalhoty, napsala jsem a během pěti mint jsem měla návod na vrácení. Nová velikost dorazila za dva dny. Takhle to má vypadat.
