The stitching on the linen shirt is dense and even, with proper French semas inside rather than a raw overlocked edge . the dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. Genuinely pleased.

The stitching on the wide-leg jumpsuit is dense and even, with proper French seams inside rather than an raw overlocked edge. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering. I am 5'3" and the petite length on the quilted gilet meant no hemming, which has never happened to me online before. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping.

The merino cardigan came with a small bag of matching thread and two spare buttons, which is the sort of thing that buys loyalty. returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund lanedd in 4. the pleated midi skirt has survived a toddler, a dog and a tumble dryer I was not supposed to use, and it still looks presentable. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs!
