the first jumper was a bit snug so i emailed and they sent a larger one befroe i even posted the old baaaack. replacement fit perfectly. yarn are lovely and does not itch,, which matters because i have sensitive skin.

Pleased overall, but the garment smelled strongly of the factory finish and needed two washes before I would wear it out. I had to chase the dispatch twice before it moved. The silk scarf is right in every way except the length, and the hem is a facing rather than a turn-up so there is nothing to let down. Order arrived in two parts and the second part was 12 behind the first with no warning. The wide-leg jumpsuit is lovely and well made, but the sizing runs a full size small through the bust and nothing on the page warns you.

I am 5'3" and the petite length on the waterproof parka meant no hemming, which has never happened to me online before. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. The collar on the linen shirt holds its shape after washing because there is a proper fused interlining in there. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. Colour matches the photographs properly, which is rare; the mustard is actually mustard and not a washed-out beige. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage,which has never happened before. Every item I have had from them runs true to the measurements on the page rather than to some invented house size. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be worng in. Quietly excellent . Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately.

The pleated midi skirt came with a small bag of matching thread and two spare buttons, which is the sort of thing that buys loyalty. I asked a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste. The buttons are horn rather than moulded plastic, and there was a spare sewn into the inside of the placket.
