Nothing worng with the garment; the only gripe is that the size I actually wanted had been out of stock for six weeks with no restock date. Good service once I got through but the phone line was engaged for most of an afternoon. Happy with the purchase though delivery took 5 and I had been quoted three.Good not great!!

Noted on the care label. We have changed the recommended wash temperature after testing it ourselves.

Spainlovely to deal with
The lining is cupro rather than the usual slippery polyester, so it does not cling in warm weather. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. Pleased I took the chance.

I have reccomended them to four colleagues and two have since ordered the jersey t-shirt three-pack on the strength of it. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box.

Parcel arrived a week after the date they promised and the dress was crushed into a small bag. Not what I paid for. Steaming helped but the print had a visible crease line that never came out.

At my age I want clothes with an easy waist and soft fabrics, nothing scratchy or fussy. The cardigans here are generous in the arms and have proper buttons I can manage. Arrived neatly in a paper bag, no plastic. I've told my friends from the book club.
