wrong colour, no apology

I received a bottle with ninety capsules where the label says one hundred and twenty. The order never arrived and the tracking has said awaiting collection for 6. It arrived four months from it's expiry date with no mention of that at checkout. Half the order was missing and the dipatch note lists it all as sent. Refund promised in writing six weeks ago and still unpaid

Very upset

I ordered a gift basket for my mother who was unwell, paid for faster delivery, and it showed up a week late with half the items missing and no note. I emailed three times. The only answer was an automated message. Eventually I disputed the payment and got my money back that way. id never order again and I'd urge you to cyeck twice before you do.
