GermanyIt arrived with a lot number, an expiry two years out and a leaflet citing the actual studies. I was kept informed at every stage without beiny spammed. I have taken these for a year and the batch testing has been published every single time.
Austriathe powder is unflavoured and dissolves properly in water rather than sitting at the bottom of the glass. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. The omega-3 oil has genuinely reduced the morning stiffness in my hands over about six weeks. Exactly what I hoped for.
Really glad the delivery window held. Our drivers deserve the credit there. Maya, customer care
FranceJ'ai dû échanger une taille et l'étiquette de retour était déjà dans le colis.Remboursement reçu en quatre jours!!!
GreeceThe capsules are small enough to swallow without water, which matters when you take four of them. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking.
Hello Nikos, Thanks for ordering again. Repeat customers are the whole business for us. Rob and the team
Australiathe TENS unit has a lockable intensity so you cannot knock it up by accident in a pocket. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. Support talked me out of the more expensive model because the cheaper one was right for my use.
SwedenBokpaketet var oskadat och fint inslaget.
GreeceMassage gun is quiet and the battery lasts a few sessions.
Hey Dimitris, Really pleased it arrived quickly and in one piece. Enjoy it. - Callum
IndiaHerbal bath salts, lavender, warm bath at nine every night.
United StatesThe thermometer agrees with the hospital's to a tenth of a degree, which I had the chance to compare. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. It is firm enough to do something and not so firm that the first session is unbearable.
NetherlandsJoint-friendly cycling seat cushion. He rode forty minutes without the usual grumbling.
Really pleased it arrived quickly and in one piece. Enjoy it. The team
