Mostly good

Ordered five things, four were great, the fifth, a herbal syrup, was far thicker than I expected but tastes of honey and lemon. I'll keep it for winter. Parcel arrived intact.

Good packing

Everything came in a clean box and the bottles are sealed. I took a star off because my chosen flavour was swapped for another without notice. Still tasty.

The supplements are third-party tested and they publish the certificate of analysis for the batch number on the bottle. Tracking updated prperly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 6. Everything comes in glass with an paper label and they take the bottles back for refilling. Genuinely pleased.

I would reorder, but the subscription price is barely below the one-off price. Support answered at eleven at night, which is impressive, with an answer that was not quite right. Happy enough.
