size chart is wrong
I used the size chart for hiking trousers and still ended up with a pair that were far too long in the leg. Returned them for a smaller size, and that pair was too tight in the waist. The two sizes differ in more than the chart suggests. The shop was nice enough, but the whole thing took a month. I eventually asked for a refund.

wrong colour
Ordered a green helmet and received black. Email to the shop got a polite reply asking me to wait. Waited ten days, then gave up and returned it.
