United KingdomThe trekking pole set has proper articulated knees so it does not ride up when you scramble. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. Nothing squeaks, nothing rubs. Pleased I took the chance.
Preis-Leistung stimmt.
SwitzerlandThe down is traceable and the fill power is stated and verified, with the certificate number on the label. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. The dumbbells change weight in two seconds and have not dropped a plate in a year of use. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. The adjustable dumbbell pair weighs within ten grams of the stated figure on my own kitchen scales.
This is exactly what we hoped you would say about it. Thank you. - Priya (support)
PolandMiałam pytanie o ROZMIAR, odpisali w ciągu godziny i faktycznie doradzili lepiej niż tabela. Sweter pasuje idealnie.
United KingdomI have had three pairs of the two-person tent now and the fit has been identical across all three, which matters more than anything else. they emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. delivery came in a single recyclable bag and the shoes were in their own box, undamaged. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. The resistance band set has replaceable parts and the spare I needed was two pounds rather than twenty. ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day.
United KingdomThe waterproof overtrouser packs down smaller than the listed dimensions, which never happens. I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed. Five stars without hesitation.
Switzerlandthe down jacket has handled chlorine tree times a week since january w/ no clouding and no perished seal..... click and collect was ready in two hours and the counteer staff found it immediately.
FranceThe head torch dried overnight in a bothy, which is the only reason I made the second day. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope. I wore the resistance band set at minus eight on a ridge and was warm standing still, which is the real test. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 14. They sized the helmet by actual head circumference and it fits without the pads shifting on a descent. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. I have no criticism at all.
Thanks for trusting a shop you had not used before. We do not take that lightly. Amira, customer care
United Stateswateeeer bttle doesn't leak.
United StatesThe sleeping bag's comfort rating matches reality rather than the limit figure that most shops quote. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. I emailed about the difference between two shells and got a two-paragraph answer about hydrostatic head, and breathability that actually taught me something.
