United KingdomGloves a size smzll .
That loose button should not have left us. We have added a final check on fastenings and you should have a spare set in the post. Marcus and the team
Italyi have left the GARDEN hose reel out all year and the bolts are stainless so there is no rust bleeding down the wood. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday. Delighted.

United Arab EmiratesThe lawn seed is excellent but assembly took three hours and the instructions were diagrams only. Packaging was fine just an absurd amount off it for one small thing.
Thank you for the honest review. You are right that the delivery estimate was optimistic, and we have changed it on the site to reflect what actually happens. Warmly, Anna
New ZealandI am happy with it, but the assembly needs a socket set that is not mentioned in the tool list. The item was fine; the marketing emails started immediately and the unsubscribe took two attempts. Decent, with reservations.
United KingdomChild-size spade and rake for my niece. Wooden handles are sanded smooth, the metal is rounded at the edges, and they came with a tiny watering can. She has not put them down.
Thank you for the five stars. Enjoy the first wash, it only gets softer. Thanks again, Lucy
BelgiumThe seed tray set was missing its drip trays, so I wrote in. They replied the next day with an apology and said trays were out of stock for two weeks. I told them to hold off and just refund the cost of the trays. They did, promptly. The propagator itself is plain and works, with decent clear lids. Two stars off for the muddle but it ended fairly.
United StatesThe feeder comes apart entirely for cleaning without tools, which is the only way it gets cleaned. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. The pressure sprayer arrvied in 8 on a pallet, with every panel wrapped and the fixings in a labelled bag. Exactly as described.
Lovely to read, thank you. See you next time. - Greg
United StatesThe compost bin holds twenty metres of hose without kinking at the reel, which is the usual failure. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. The telescopic pruner is wide enough to shade a table of six and the crank has not stiffened. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. The bird feeder has taken a full summer of direct sun and the colour has not faded or chalked. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would.
Thanks for the feedback on the fit guide. Comments like yours are how we built it. Sophie from the shop team
IndiaIt looks pretty in the sun. In a moderate breeze the legs lift & the canopy flaps. I added sandbags to hold it down. They sold it as weatherproof, which is generous. Delivery was quick and customer service was polite when I asked about reinforcements.
