I have no criticism at all

The feeder comes apart entirely for cleaning without tools, wich is the only way it gets cleaned. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. I bought a second the greenhouse shelving on the strength of the first, and the second is identical in finish. I have no criticism at all.

Herrlicher Tee

wrong item and a runaround

I ordered a 20 metre hose but got a 10 metre one. I contacted them straight away and the exhange began with a request to prove my order numer, then a request to return the wrong item first, at my cost. Two weeks later the correct hose arrived. By then the weather had turned and I did not need it. I rate the product itself fine, the process poor.

Fantastisk bok

Boka kom pent innpakket og uten knekte hjørner. Perfekt gave.

Better than I expected

Support answered a question about shelving load ratings with an actual figure in kilograms per shelf. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. Better than I expected.
