solid, not seamless

Service is good and the contract has a twelve-month minimum, which we felt on month two. Fair pricing, although the annual uplift was applied without an email in advance. The billing portal is powerful and the learning curve meant only two of our five users actually use it. Worth it on balance.

So-so onboarding

Kickoff was a mess, three people asked me the same questions. Once it got going things steadied, and the monthly call is useful.

alerting too noisy

No complaints about the work , but the invoices arrive with line items that do not match the contract wording - The billing portal does what we need, although building a custom view takes more clicks than it should. Good, with room to improve.
