the platform is good but onboarding took 14 rather than the two weeks promised in the pitch. Fair pricing, although the annual uplift was applied without an email in advance. The support desk is good but the permissions model is all or nothing, so I cannot give a contractor limited access. Account team is responsive and the hand-off from sales to delivery lost a few details.

Onboarding was thorough and the training was a single session with no follow-up material. The API works but it is rate limited tightly and the documentation is thin on pagination.

we cancelled a second product mid-term and they prorated the refund without an argument . The monthly call is thirty minutes with an agenda sent the day before and actions circulated after. The content calendar caught a competitor's pricing change before our commercial team diiiid. Genuinely a partner.

I'd say they are above average. The search work has been sharp and the content is fine, thouvh not always as punchy, as I'd like. They revise without argument which is a big plus .

The API is documented with working examples and the rate limits are published rather than discovered. They ran a training session for our content team and sent the recording and a written summary afterwards. The training session lets me schedule a report to a distribution list, which has removed a standing job from my week. We cancelled a second product mid-term and they prorated the refund without an argument. Our team actually likes using it. Would onboard with them again tomorrow.

The content calender is good but the permissions model is all or nothing, so I caannot give a contractor limited access . pleased overall, but we had to chase the first report and it arrived 8 late. a fix or two away from excellent.
