United KingdomThe compact camera arrived with firmware already up to date which saved the usual hour of fighting an app. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before. The noise-cancelling headset connected to a nine-year-old laptop with no driver hunt at all.
MexicoThree years of warranty stated plainly on the invoice rather than buried in a PDF. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. Better than I expected.
Norwaystøvlene er vanntette, varme og gode i bunnen. Brukte dem på fjelltur i helga, og fikk ikke en våt fot. Leveringen tok to dager.
Pleased the engraving came out right. We always double-check the punctuation.
NetherlandsSound is neutral rather than bass-heavy, and they publish the frequency response curve... Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculateed to make you add something you do not want.
AustraliaLatency over the wireless dongle is low enough that I have stopped noticing it. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking. Keep doing what you are doing.
FranceProduit solide, prix honnête, envoi rapide. Je ne vois pas ce que je pourrais reprocher à cette boutique !
PolandPrzyszło w trzzy dni ROBOCZE, a śledzenie przesyłki działało na każdym etapie.
United StatesThe external hard drive has survived two toddlers, a cat and a cup of tea. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. The laptop docking station is repairable; they sell the battery as a spare part and publish the teardown guide. I asked a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste. Will order again.
BrazilGostei bastante.
United KingdomThe screen has no backlight bleed in the corners, which I checked specifically on a black image. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. I bought a second the robot vacuum for the office because the first one simply never gives me a problem. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. I asked whether the mechanical keyboard would drive two displays at sixty hertz over a single port and got a straight yes with the chipset named. A rare good experience.
