The screen has no backlight bleed in the corners, which I checked specifically on a black image... Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. The wireless mouse has held its charge at roughly eight hours a day for fourteen months with no measurable drop. No notes.

The wireless mouse is good but the charging case does not hold a full extra charge as claimed. The parcel was left at a collection point without anyone asking me first. Pleased overall, though support took four days and three messages to answer a one-line question. Support were polite but it took three emails to get a straight answer . Would buy the next size up lol

The app works offline, which means the charging cable still does its job when the internet is down. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 3. They list the actual cell capacity in milliamp hours and the measured output, not just the headline number. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. Very happy custmer.
