Everything was packed in card with no plastic film and the manual is a proper printed booklet. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. The noise cancelling actually cuts engine drone on a flight rather than just addiing hiss. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. The hard drive runs silent and cool and has not clicked once in two years of nightly backups !

They answered a technical question about power delivery negotiation at eleven at night and were right. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. The external hard drive has survived two toddlers, a cat and a cup of tea. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. The soundbar is repairable; they sell the battery as a spare part and publish the teardown guide. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would. Better than I expected.

The external hard drive arrvied with firmware already up to date, which saved the usual hour of fighting an app. Nothing rattled in transit beacuse everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. Worth every penny.

Llevaba tiempo buscando una sartén que no se pegara y esta cumple. Antiadherente de verdad, se limpia con un paño. El mango no se calienta en el fuego. Me llegó en cuatro días laborables y envuelta con mucho cuidado, cada pieza por separado.
