Happy with it but the lead time slipped from eight weeks to 12 with one apologetic email. No dispatch email, so the parcel turning up was a surprise. still pleased overall.

Happy with it, but the lead time slipped from eight weeks to 10 with one apologetic email. Delivery estimate was a four-day window, whiich is not much help if you have to be in. Comfortable bed, headboard flexes when you lean back on it.

You are right that the stock number was wrong. The feed from our warehouse now updates every fifteen minutes rather than overnight. - Jess

Nothing about this felt like a compromise for the price. They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust. The extending dining set came assembled apart from the legs, which screwed in by hand.

i asked whether the bedside table woudl come up a narrow Victorian staircase and they sent the packed dimensions for each box. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. They gave me the actual lead time, eleven weeks, up front, and delivered in ten. i asked a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste. Hinges are proper concealed ones that adjust in three planes, so the doors line up perfectly. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately.

Assembly instructions warned me to leave 14 for the foam to recover its shape and it did. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. The oak dining table took forty minutes to assemble alone and every hole lined up on the first try. They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust. Support sent extra felt pads and a touch-up pen without being asked. A rare good experience.
