The chair adjusts in five directions and the lumbar support moves up and down, not just in and out. everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. The bedside table has adjustable feet, which on a Victorian floor is the difference between usable and infuriating. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did. Drawers run on proper soft-close runners and the backs are jointed rather than stapled. I will be back.

Support sent extra felt pads and a touch-up pen without being asked. They told me honestley that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope. The mattress has a proper sewn border rather than a glued one, and the edge has not collapsed. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. The delivery team brought it into the room, unpacked it, took the packaging away and did not leave a mark on the hall. Already ordered a second

My dad has trouble standing up from low seats so I bought a rise recliner. It works well and is quiet. The cover is a soft fabric. Delivery men set it up and showed him the controls. The one complaint is that the remote cable is short, he has to sit close to the socket.
