I chose the replacement which took twelve days. The desk works the process was slow. Customer service was courteous, I will say.

The wardrobe is comfortable; the seat, however, is firmer than the showroom version I tried. Good service once I got through, but the phone line was engaged for most of an afternoon. I like it, but the drawers have no stops and pull all the way out if you are careless. The checkout added a handling fee that was not shown on the basket page.

I have waited a month. My living room has been without a coffee table for most of it, and the glass is sitting in the hall awaiting collection.
