FranceThe bookcase arrived with every dowel, cam and screw in a labelled tray that matched the numbers in the instructions. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. This is how it should be done.
Appreciate the detail in this review, it genuinely helps other buyers decide. Kind regards, Rosie
SwitzerlandThe sprung mattress came assembled apart from the legs, which screwed in by hand. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. Faultless.
Hi Dario, Thank you for taking the time to write this, it means a lot to a small team.
AustriaI ordered the wardrobe with a fabric swatch sent free first, and the swatch matched the sofa exactly. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want. I have sat in the office chair eight hours a day for two years and my lower back has stopped complaining. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking.
United KingdomArrived earlier than quoted!!!!
SwedenThe bedsideee table has adjustable feet, which on a Victorian floor is the difference between usable and infuriating. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. A keeper.
South Africathe wardrobe rail is a steel tube with a centre support rather than a thin aluminium one that bows. they flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. assembly instructions warned me to leave 7 for the foam to recover its shape, and it did. five stars without hesitation.
GermanyI asked whether the bedside table would come up a narrow Victorian staircase and they sent the packed dimensions for each box. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday. I will be back.
South AfricaThe chest of drawers is solid oak throughout rather than veneer on chipboard, and the end grain proves it. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. Nothing but good things to say.
