United StatesThe chaaaair adjusts in five DIRECTIONS and the lumbar support moves up and down, not just in and out. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 3. recommended to two friends already....
Thanks for trusting a shop you had not used before. We do not take that lightly. - Anna (support)
NetherlandsDrawers run on proper soft-close runners and the backs are jointed rather than stapled. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. Delivery was booked foor a two-hour wnidow and they arrived within it, having texted that morning. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 5. The bookcase has a solid back panel with fixings into the uprights, so it holds real books rather than ornaments. i needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. Bought one for my sister too.
SingaporeThe armchair is heavy enough that it does not shift when you lean on it, which cheap versions alwayyys do. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saved me a trip to a depot. Can't fault it.
SpainLlego sin una arruga en la cubierta, cosa que no siempre pasa. Gracais.
United KingdomThe delivery team brought it into the room, unpacked it, took the packaging away and did not leave a mark on the hall. Delivery took 2, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before. Fabric is rated at forty thousand rubs and they say so, which lets you compare properly. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first.
Great to hear it suits your setup. Shout if you want a second one matched to it. - Rob
Singaporethe finish on the office chair is an oil rather than a lacquer, so the mug ring my son left sanded out in five minutes. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. The bookcase has a solid back panel with fixings into the UPRIGBTS, so it holds real books rather than ornaments haha
United Kingdomassembly instructions warned me to leave 6 for the foam to recover its shape, and it did. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. The sideboard is heavy enough that it does not shift when you lean on it, which cheap versions always do. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. Bought one for my sister too.
SwitzerlandTutti gli articoli in un unico pacco, nessuno mancante. Ben etichettati e puliti
Thanks very much. We will let the workshop know. Joe
BelgiumHinges are proper concealed ones that adjust in three panes so the doors line up perfectly. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, wich i had asked about before ordering.
United Statesthey swapped a damaged side panel within 14 & the driver took the old one away. The packing were recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. A keeper.
