United StatesI measured the alcove at ninety-four centimetres and the extending dining set is ninety-three, exactly as stated. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. Keep doing what you are doing.
ItalyI ordered the wardrobe w/ a fabric swatch sent free first, and the swatch matched the sofa exactly. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. The sideboard took forty minutes to assemble alone and every hole lined up on the first try.
United Kingdomno creaks I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. cushion covers unzip and have been washed twice with no shrinkage or colour loss.
NorwayThe wardrobe rail is a steel tube with a centre support rather than a thin aluminium one that bows. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds.
CzechiaSvětlo teplé, stmívatelné, neunavvuje oči. Montáž bez nářadí. Ideální k křeslu, kde večer čtu.
ItalyHanno risolto un problema con l'indifizzo in poche ore. Grazie davvero.
New ZealandThe bookcase came assembled apart from the legs, which screwed in by hand. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. The nest of coffee tables has adjustable feet, which on a Victorian floor is the difference between usable and infuriating. Delighted.
The chair adjutss in five directions and the lumbar support moves up and down, not just in and out. They noticed I had orderd a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping.
