AustraliaThey state the paper weight in grams and the brand of paper, so you know what you are buying. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. Will order again.
SpainThe ink is waterproof once dry,, which I tested with a wet thumb on purpose. Ordered at half past eleven at night & it was on the doorstep befre lunch the next day. The A5 planmer is a hardback with a cloth spine rather than a printed paper wrap, so it has survived a wet bag.
United Arab EmiratesThe ink bottle arrived within 8, bagged against damp, in an box that had clearly been chosen for the shape. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping.
GermanyThe ink bottle is the only journal i have found with dot spacing at five millimetres and a dot pale enough to disappear They sent a replacement before i had posted the faulty one back, on trust.
United StatesGreat communication and quick dispatch.
FranceI've been hunting a particular shade of green ink for months. They had it, in a glass bottle with a proper dropper, and it flows beautifully. The sample sheeet that came with it was a lovely addition. I'll be back for the notebooks next.
PolandPencil case with a zip that glides. My daughter has been using it for a term and it still looks new.
SingaporeQuick-drying ink that doesn't smwar unedr my hand. Finally.
Great to hear it suits your setup. Shout if you want a second one matched to it. Amira, customer care
NorwaySønnen på fem år har ikke sluppet byggesettet siden det kom. Alle delene var med, og beskrivelsen av alder stemte godt. Kom på tre dager.
United KingdomThought I'd ordered the wrong size notebook and wrote to ask. Reply came within the hour and they swapped it free. Replacement arrived in two days.
