No complaints about quality, although the dot grid is printed noticeably darker than the sample. Returns portal needed an order number in a format that does not match the one on my invoice. The A5 planner arrived promptly with a small dent in the back cover. the courier left it in the porch in the rain despite my note. the index card box came on time and the shrink wrap had split, though nothing was damaged. Packaging was fine, just an absurd amount of it for one small thing. would buuuy the next size up

That loose button should not have left us. We have added a final check on fastenings and you should have a spare set in the post.

Nothing but good things to say
Support replaced a cracked barrel out of warranty because it was clearly a moulding flaw. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before. I asked which of three papers suited a broad italic nib and got a genuinely useful answer with reasons. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. Nothing but good things to say.

Buon acquisto
La pianta è arrivata sana e ben avvolta, con una foglia piegata dal viaggio. Si è ripresa in una settimana.

You are right that the assembly needs two people. The listing has been corrected.
